Covers:
• Exercises that target front, core, and rear end of the dog
• Equipment FAQ
• Frequency of workouts
• Warm up/cool downs.
• Example exercise: sit to stand, pivoting back feet, balance exercises
Dogs need to be 1 year of age. Dogs must have taken Foundation 101 prior to this class.

Senior Conditioning
Puppies and young dogs seem to need a lot of time and training, but senior dogs need/want training classes too! As our dogs age they suffer from arthritis, loss of muscle, decreased flexibility, and cognitive impairment. These conditions can make them more prone to injuries, preventing them from participating in things they enjoy. Staying active mentally and physically is the best way to keep our companions happy and healthy through the aging process. Our senior dog conditioning classes provide structured exercises to strengthen muscles, which also help support and stabilize the joints, and improve flexibility so they can be more comfortable.
There is no age minimum. Dogs must have taken Foundation 101 prior to this class.
